He drafted multiple buy/sells, worked with multiple agents/sellers, drove to many properties with us, (some of them quite far away) and was always up for the adventure. We were very happy with how he facilitated the entire process from finding the home all the way through final closing. Dan also helped us with other issues that came up. We got our vehicle with a trailer attached stuck on the the long up hill icy driveway and he managed to get it unstuck and up to our new home. Great real estate agent! Dan was very easy to work with. He spent a lot of time with us discussing what we were looking for (ideally), aspects on which we were willing to compromise, and helped manage our expectations. Throughout the entire process, he was honest - probably the most important trait of all.

Our experience with him was great - he was willing to get out any time we really wanted to check one out - sometimes at really off/odd times. He’s experienced in construction and remodeling and was able to draw upon that knowledge to give us a good estimate of how difficult a remodel or fix would be, or how costly.

Available most times, very responsive and will not leave you hanging. If something comes up, Dan will make sure you're the first to know about it. He gets excited for you! It was fun working with him to find a home - he has a good sense of humor and can temper any disappointment encountered in a search (i.e. being outbid, house isn't as nice as it looks on Zillow, etc.).

Dan was absolutely amazing! He was quick to respond to any questions or inquiries that we had. He was always on time to our appointments and always made us feel comfortable. We also appreciated how honest he was about the houses we looked at. If he felt it wasn't a good fit or if he thought it may have issues he let us know. He wasn't just trying to rush to make money he was very patient and open with us. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends. If you are looking for a great honest realtor he is the right fit! The only reason we weren't able to find a house is because we ended up moving out of state.
