I cannot say enough good things about Dan. From the start, he has gone above and beyond to help us find our home. We are new to Bozeman and very picky! He was great at listening and coming back with options that matched our taste, and he was so patient in helping us find the right fit from location, to terrain to the style of the house. Dan also gave us newbies the lay of the land – took us all over Bozeman and surrounding areas for months before we finally made a decision. He was incredibly responsive and made himself available at moment’s notice whenever we could make it into town – whether we had time to see one house or several he was super flexible and made it work. Finally, the house we fell in love with ended up being a very tough negotiation with several challenges along the way. And yet, somehow, he made it happen! So thankful for his knowledge and experience to help us finally find and close on our dream mountain home.

Dan has lovely connections to other builders due to his own building experience and a very respected rapport with other realtors. He understands the various pockets of communities in Bozeman. Most of all, he took time to get to know me, to know what I really liked, and he stayed in touch throughout the process. When I needed the nudge to decide between a couple of places, he provided patience, data and encouragement.
