Dan was always responsive with the inevitable questions that would come up after seeing different properties and was great about setting up showings for us. Dan is great to work with. He is accessible, responsive and truthful, and will not pressure you in to a deal that you’re not comfortable with. Dan was willing to make multiple trips from Bozeman to Livingston to take video of houses , and he worked hard to get me the deal I was looking for.

With Dan as our realtor, we recently bought a house in Bozeman. Anyone who has bought a house in Bozeman knows how difficult it is to find the right house in the right area at the right price. Dan patiently showed me houses outside of Bozeman where I thought I could find the right house at a better price. While this is true, I had already fallen in love with Bozeman and its many parks and trails and the friendly people. Dan's background as a contractor gave him a keen eye for construction detail that he pointed out as we looked at houses. When we finally found the house we wanted, we needed to get our offer in quickly as there was another realtor waiting with a client to show the house when we were leaving and Dan had mentioned that one of the realtors from his office had shown the house the day before. Dan had papers ready for us to sign within 30 minutes of us telling him that we wanted to make an offer. Once the offer was accepted, Dan guided us through what we needed to do for closing. He also worked with the selling realtor to get the grass cut for us (it was a foot long!) before we took ownership. Because of his work ethic, his honesty, integrity, and of course, his sense of humor, I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a house, and when and if the day comes that we sell our house, Dan will always be our realtor of choice.
